I didn’t receive my 5USDC today, which I expected—it's just part of not being a top-tier performer. It’s like how a benchwarmer isn’t shocked when they're not in the starting lineup, or how a B-list director can’t be surprised by a lack of Oscar nominations. It’s simply a matter of being average. However, ever since I joined this lower tier, there’s been a change in energy. I still have plenty of time for casual conversations and small talk with everyone. Without that daily 5USDC coming in, I have more time for those distractions. When my boss calls me with ridiculous questions like, “Why haven’t you been in the office for two weeks?” or “Why are our corporate accounts overdrawn?”, I don’t even engage. I just tell them I'm waiting for my moment, hang up, and exhale. Not receiving my 5USDC has become less of a humbling experience and more just an accepted fact of life.
