As a designer with a background in architecture, I see the powerful connection between architecture and UI/UX design. Both prioritize user experience, using color theory to evoke emotions. Fast-food chains use bold colors to encourage quick dining, while fine dining opts for calming hues. In UI/UX, colors guide user behavior—red signals actions to avoid, while soothing tones invite users to stay. By blending principles from both fields, we can create meaningful experiences in both physical and digital spaces.
