Phala Network (PHA) has launched its Layer 2 rollup The Layer 2 rollup has both optimistic and zero-knowledge proofs, leveraging what's known as "OP Succinct." The Phala Network is a blockchain co-processor. While Phala operates as a Polkadot parachain, the move will expand its offering to Ethereum.
