Assume human lifespan is now 150-200 years: how differently would people treat the first 50 years of life? What does education and choosing what to learn change with that much extra life?

Are we now 150 and still unable to afford a house because older people own everything? Do we still have to work or everyone has basic income? How are our finite natural resources distributed?
