Does motivation come before action, or does action create motivation? People always wait to feel motivated before they start, but sometimes, it’s the starting that sparks motivation. Which one works best for you?

It's more like they go hand in hand. Sometimes your correct situation motivates you for action. Doesn't necessarily have to be from the words of someone. For instance, your being here was from the motivation of something we all know😂
