Good evening, everyone. I've had a problem for a long time. I'm afraid of people. I would not call it a global problem today, but it seriously interferes with my life. I am afraid to get acquainted first, to approach people with a question, to give compliments and even write first on the Internet! I have thoughts that I look stupid and obsessive, because of this I miss a lot of things in life. And like there is a healthy adult realization that we are all people, all have flaws and some fear of communication, but I can not overpower myself. Maybe it's about self-esteem.....
