Update on Base Humanity Scoring;

- Upgraded points boost from 1.3 > 1.5
- 4 levels now to include Gold, SIlver, Bronze and Base
- Ranking system based on linear point distribution as follows 

1. Base Level (0% ≤ XHS < 50%)
2. Bronze Level (50% ≤ XHS < 75%)
3. Silver Level (75% ≤ XHS < 95%)
4. Gold Level (95% ≤ XHS ≤ 100%)

Also ramping up verification methods to improve sybil resistance, more on this soon 👀
