I think if Warpcast hired me I could solve all its problems.
On day one, I’d sign an executive order as the BDFAD.
- start having meetings every day, no ppt, only 6-page memos
- we will read them for the first 2hrs, silently in the room,2nd 2hrs we discuss
- cut everyone’s pay in half and then 3x in a month, fire no one.
- hire top-tier managers
I’d do this for a very small fee as a consultant only. Sorry, I only take side-gigs now.
