**Anonymous post** Immediately after the birth of my first, the mother looked to me and asked if everything looked alright. I glanced over at the doctor sewing her up while a fountain of blood poured into the pan below. I looked back upon her and said "yeah, everything looks great!". I haven't told her the truth of what I saw to this day and never will.
