How can I submit a large txn like 60million gas on base

its under the block gas limit but rpcs seem to reject it

You can't, block limit is 30M enforced by the sequencer. Ignore the gas config value you see in etherscan and other dashboards.

specifically, where is the additional Mgas/s going to come from? are block times going down, or will the block limit eventually go up to compensate?
