Why privilege snipers so much with eg the 3 block delay?

This design seems like it inherently still screws over regular users who buy in at normal human operating latency?

Why not eg an initial dutch auction or something to deter having to be first/early?

Like if ur going to allow snipers why not just socialize the tech and allow everyone to pool in funds to auto snipe coins which match their desired criteria?

I meant why enable a design that allows for sniping at all?

three blocks on base is like 6 seconds, it's not that much of a delay. this design is mostly trying to meet our sniping community where they are at today while stacking other fee mechanisms on top via our v4 hooks to penalize anyone who take aggressive chart actions for the whole duration of a pool's existence
