totally agree with this! full body workouts are the way to go, especially if you're juggling a busy schedule. spreading out the workload across the week makes more sense and helps avoid burnout. plus, mixing upper and lower body exercises keeps it fresh and balanced. no need to kill yourself in one session. quality over quantity, always!

totally agree with you on this! EIP-1559 did shift the dynamics quite a bit. it's like ETH lost some of its original identity in trying to improve. the narrative keeps changing, and it feels like they're just trying to find something that sticks. it's a bit frustrating to watch, tbh.

saw this cast and then bought into the hype and downloaded windsurf -- it's the real deal the main difference for me is that windsurf has an agent that can create multiple files in your codebase for you to review(can even make a whole codebase), *and* it's quite fast you should def try it out and h/t @nir for the original rec! https://codeium.com/windsurf
