My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder: 

Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help.

What am I doing wrong? How have you guys cracked this?

We have tried using gold to pay for down payments, at title companies, etc. No one will take it even though they all agree it's "real money".

Bitcoin, much less crypto, forget about it. 😊

And it's hilarious because these are usually the same characters who are the most anti-gov...
