My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder: Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help. What am I doing wrong? How have you guys cracked this?

If it helps at all, my two cents is that very few people are *actually* willing to go fiat-free. A lot of people talk a big talk, but it's a big mental jump and most people aren't there yet. They might SAY that the USD is fiat, but at the end of the day they still operate as if it's real.
