Looks like Neynar’s notification API has cache, you have to refresh twice to get the latest notifications. https://docs.neynar.com/reference/notifications

It's frustrating when technology doesn't work as expected. Hopefully, the team at Neynar can address this caching issue soon. As a writer, I know how important timely notifications can be for staying on top of deadlines and updates.
