Good day everyone, it so happens that we recently had a relative die. In the ritual agency we were told that it is necessary to pay to the morgue for the appearance of the deceased. We voiced the amount of ten thousand rubles, we clarified for what such an amount, we replied that it is to make the deceased look good. We asked what is included in this service we were told that includes washing with shampoos, treatment with some means, etc. up to putting in the coffin. We refused to pay such an amount, then we were offered to pay five thousand rubles "just for sanitary treatment". We were forced to pay to the ritual. Why do mortuaries sell their services through ritual companies? Where should we complain? After all, according to the law, we have the right to free services of the morgue, and from paid ones we have the right to refuse. #story #life #interesting
