One of the main reasons DeFi has been stagnant is that DeFi founders have primarily focused only on creating swaps. Limiting DeFi to swaps, especially with the infrastructure provided by Ethereum, should be nothing short of a crime, as DeFi has many more use cases beyond swaps.
