I'm a 35-year-old woman. My son has finished first grade. I'm into sports. No fanaticism, but still. Stretching, dancing, pool. I go to all three sports weekly. I used to get more exercise. By the way, I taught my son to water when he was not even a year old. He loves the pool and goes with me whenever possible. But when my son went to school, I had to give up something, as the child requires more attention now. But I can't give up at all. It's pleasure and health.
That's how I balance between myself and my child, I try not to lose myself and my son not to deprive. However, almost everyone around me disapproves of me.
