For Lumber Camp: The cost is half the number of Villagers or twice the number of huts + 50 (each was more) For Farm: The cost is a quarter of the number of the villagers or the number of your huts + 2 (each was more) For every lumber or farm, you can put 100 villages in it (if it is less, it is not a problem)
