I love it when non-technical products still produce technical behind the scene blog posts. It’s both an olive branch towards the developer community to share knowledge, as well as a bridge of trust in the product itself. Reading how well their engineering team works makes me want to use the product more. It’s not a perfect formula, but I think every SaaS should do it.
