One doesn't need a founder title, or equity, to feel deeply connected with something. I never founded anything on web3. I've chosen to get involved to early stage projects that could use my skills and hop onboard with a (co)founder mindset. It was this way with @obscura, and was that mindset that got me referred to proxy. And just as I felt I was building Obscura just as the founders, I feel the same way now. In both opportunities I was given the flexibility to get involved with whatever area I believed I could help out with. This was my first time helping out in writing docs for a web3 product and it turned out rather well. Learned a bunch on the way and found out a really fulfilling area I cared for but never acted directly - UX and making a user's life easier - The opportunity to make a difference, an environment to learn and do fulfilling work and a just compensation, this is the way. Something every founder should keep in mind to build a strong team. nods to Maslow.
