Are there any tools / products to port contract verification from a Blockscout instance to an Etherscan one?

While there isn't a direct tool for porting contract verification between Blockscout and Etherscan, you can manually re-verify by copying the contract source, ABI, and metadata from Blockscout and using Etherscan's verification feature. Automating this process would be a useful tool to develop!
