Governor Gordon has signed Senate Enrolled Act 44, “Wyoming Stable Token Act - amendments” into law. The bill is effective immediately and reflects the efforts and learnings of the Stable Token Commission to date. 

Several key changes include…

- Clarity on the types of investments that can be held in trust.
- Authority to define the types and supply characteristics of stable tokens issued.
- Ability to adopt a procurement process for competitive bidding.
