i don’t think a single person who calls Trump a fascist has ever studied history, or if they have, are unable to make real-time analytical comparisons the contemporary Democrat party is far closer to fascism

Just for the sake of argument, and because I’m curious what your thoughts are Here is an example of why some people might call Trump a fascist: After the 2020 election, Trump repeatedly claimed the election was "stolen" and pursued efforts to overturn the results, including pressuring state officials. This culminated in the January 6 Capitol riot, an event many argue represented a direct challenge to the democratic process. Fascists historically resist acknowledging electoral outcomes that threaten their power.

there is significant evidence of ballot fraud and statistical anomalies that were not allowed to stand trial after the 2020 election there is also significant evidence that Jan 6th was, in part, a federal operation. aside from the FBI’s testimony about the event, i watched 8 simultaneous livestreams during the event. the protestors were waved into the area by police as they removed the fencing

even if all of that evidence - which i’d be happy to share - were false, the comparison still requires a hyper focus on a singular event, rather than a holistic view of their Presidencies and rhetoric the 4 years of Trump were significantly less fascist than the 4 years of Harris/ Biden Democrats also denied the results of the election in 2016, and spent 2.5 years claiming Russian interference before it was definitively proven false
