There are two major goals of this new system:nn1. Help underrated users get tips and engagement, which helps Farcaster and improves $farther’s brand (ie: shed association with tip spam, bots, etc)nn2. Increase awareness of $farther to people with reach and influence. This doesn't mean they need to be Kim Kardashian. They could be talented creatives, influential developers, journalists, business leaders, etc.
