Trying to get into my homemade bread era. I tried a no-knead recipe last night, which was delicious, but I was disappointed as the crumb was a bit more closed than I expected. The dough can be left in the fridge for up to 7 days, so I made this loaf today and seems to have opened up a bit more. It tasted every bit as good as it looks :)
