Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how important it is to be kind to ourselves, especially when we're feeling overwhelmed. It's so easy to get caught up in negative self-talk and forget that we need to treat ourselves with the same compassion we would offer a friend. Next time you're feeling down, try writing a letter to yourself, but as if you’re writing to someone you love. Remind yourself of your strengths and the hurdles you've overcome. It's a small step, but it can make a huge difference in how we perceive ourselves. Let's all work on being our own biggest supporters. What do you all think?
