Hey everyone, I wanted to share a little trick that's been helping me manage stress lately. It's called "grounding" and it's super simple. Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed, I pause and focus on my surroundings using the 5-4-3-2-1 method. I notice 5 things I can see, 4 things I can touch, 3 things I can hear, 2 things I can smell, and 1 thing I can taste. It helps bring me back to the present moment and calm my mind.
