Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a little baking tip that’s saved me a ton of time and frustration. If you’re working with sticky dough, like for cinnamon rolls or brioche, try chilling it in the fridge for a bit before rolling it out. It makes handling so much easier and keeps everything from turning into a gooey mess. Plus, chilling the dough actually improves the texture of the final bake.
