Our priorities in order i.e. where the 13 people on the team are spending time a. Continue to improve frames UX, especially onchain UX b. Improve discovery across Farcaster for anyone building / creating something onchain c. Snapchain β need to scale the underlying protocol d. Cheaper sign ups β top request from several existing apps with large user bases considering integrating with Farcaster e. Migrating Sign in with Farcaster to Farcaster Connect (see FIP) to allow other clients to provide auth for apps / frames f. Rewards and onboarding improvements around invites

Hi Dan - Have you talked with the Wallet Connect team to find out what's the timeframe on which they plan to offer a highly performant solution that deems Farcaster Connect unnecesary/redundant? @pedrouid.eth is very active on this platform in case you haven't.

Farcaster Connect is built on SIWE. We want to avoid a menu of wallets. Quite confusing for average consumer.

WalletConnect actually offers several APIs 1. Normal Connect => Expose accounts and sign messages & transactions 2. One-click Auth => Sign-in-with-Ethereum and sign messages & transactions

On top of that we have two transport options: 1. Relay Network => connect between any two devices on any platform 2. Link Mode => connect between two mobile apps in the same device
