Upcoming channel changes

We're *previewing* some upcoming changes so people 1) can understand and 2) provide feedback.

These changes are not launching yet. It will be a couple weeks. There will also be a bunch of communication to channel owners.

in-app mod tools + simple reverse chron feed for channel owners to grow their cozy corners

always possible to opt-in to something more robust like automod if needed

most importantly, will be easier for newer users to ramp up to the network without getting lost in the global feed
