After I turned 41, my hair is always a giant frizz ball now. I always had straight, flat hair. I need all the tips on taking the frizz. Please share.

have you tried the wand of confidence (???) that's what my frizzy hair gals call a ceramic flat iron as an ex salon owner, I'm happy to throw a suggestion for a product your way if you're not familiar with these

I live in major humidity! I try it all πŸ˜… it helps if I put it in a tight bun when it’s wet, when it’s dry at the end of the day it’s a bit curly and not as frizzy as if I let it just dry loose

Leave in conditioner sometimes adds enough weight to keep the frizz in check.

Hormones at this stage of life suck. My hair loves to change texture every few years, & now it's shedding like crazy. I finally got to the fuck it stage & I'm going to yank all these asshole organs out & just take hormones. Not recommending my extreme pissed off solution πŸ˜†
