I was once told that meditation is as important as working out 🏋️🧠 What do you think? Should I start meditating??

Just as working out is good for the body and the mind, meditation is not only good for the mind but for your body to rest as well, especially if you are working out intensely, meditation is a good way to calm your heart rate right after.
