In Shirakawa-go, I discovered a translucent jelly pudding. The texture was delicate, and it had a subtly sweet, incredibly refreshing flavor. I'm completely captivated โ whatever it's made of, it deserves a solid 10/10! ๐

I can't describe it, but it was delicious. The clear jelly was so refreshing and went well with the custard and strawberry jam layered next to it.
