@vitalik.eth mentioned on X that AAVE isn't running a loan business, because AAVE cannot issue loans to users based on credit history or the user's illiquid asset such as house. He has a point. All loans on chain are over collateralized loans, and thus lending platforms don't make good money. If someone can crack this problem, it will definitely get PMF.
