Sam Walton: What is scarce is not capital, but vision. Capital is a tool to achieve goals, but vision determines how to use the tool. What Walton meant was that capital is relatively abundant in the market, but people with vision are few and far between. It is this vision that can transform limited resources into unlimited possibilities.
