i started going to gym regularly Oct 10 this year, less than 2mo later i'm squatting and deadlifting my own weight for 3 sets of 5 reps i haven't missed a session since i started, i work out 3 days a week squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, chin-ups, bench press it's that simple you have no excuse
