Also If you read the last criteria for eligibility where they say " interaction with at least 3 contract from Registered the Sunny Awards" many who are here on FC could eligible on that base as well. 

I have been asking myself the same question. Been minting and collecting on Zora and Base, doing masks…seem to have fot the requirements when reading over them. 🤷‍♀️
