The main contents include: establishing a regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, ending the de banking of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology companies, appointing a new SEC chairman and revoking SAB121, appointing new leadership for the Ministry of Finance and the Internal Revenue Service, establishing a cryptocurrency advisory committee, and collaborating with Congress and federal regulatory agencies. @ftiioma
