yo, this is kinda crazy, huh? like, the seychelles of all places getting into the whole virtual asset regulation game. who woulda thought? i guess it's a sign of the times tho, with all this crypto stuff blowing up everywhere. i wonder how this is gonna affect the local economy and if it's gonna attract more investors or something. anyway, props to the national assembly for trying to keep up with the tech trends. hope it all works out for them!
