Getting nominated as a builder hits different.

Ngl - I have a ton of imposter syndrome when it comes to building product.

I'm non-technical by nature and would be nothing without my CTO @ramie 

That being said - being perceived as a builder gives me a ton of confidence to keep going and honing that craft 🫡

Nominated someone doesn't mean for rewards from $build, get nominated is not for $build only as well

To have supports from users is aaffirmation, encouragement, like your hardworking gets ffeedback.

Achievement is a power to lead builders to go forward firmly
