Is there a good dumbphone with encrypted messaging, e.g., signal?

Didn't use my smartphone for the last two weeks and I am kind of relieved and deeply relaxed. Just miss some proper e2e messaging app.

WiFi only is actually a neat feature for privacy but still requires me to have a "real" phone to connect when I'm outside my home zone ... Otherwise interesting project. Wondering where they are today.
