If you are doing any sort of M&A (or complex fundraising), LLMs are a phenomenal tool. I used chatgpt & gemini to understand nuances of Delaware law & Sanctum + Ollama to help me understand the actual deal docs. It won't replace your counsel, but make you much more in control.

I was thinking about this this week, it seems like the equivalent of Harvey but for accounting would be big. @alexroytenberg are you aware of any product like that?

Seen it. My big issues with all of this is that itβs normally based on the question you ask the system but the big value add that I think CPAs and Accountants should be adding is asking the question or making recommendations proactively and before something happens which will be difficult to train AI on it.
