Is there a solid plan going forward increase resiliency of the chain?

Was this a fat finger human issue, an under-lying architecture issue, a stack issue, a...a...a...etc.  🙂🙂

Hey @xdtox - I'm only able to rep the details of how the Degen Bridge was affected by the chain reorg (no users had txs/funds that were not recovered and returned to them). Wrt the chain as a whole, that falls to Syndicate + Conduit and their updates. Hope that helps.
