Do you want to provide any soft or hard guarantees that $NOUNS will always be redeemable for a Noun? Most DAOs (besides Nouns DAO) end up wanting to play with many assets, and I could imagine holders wanting to invite other communities in

Makes sense. That sets a good intention. Viewing $NOUNS as purely Nouns, and any other NFT communities as having their own version, should help reduce the tendency of holders to want to expand to other assets.

I think that as long as this messaging works its way into the governance framework it’ll be straightforward

I think we keep it as simple as possible. Support only deposit/redeem of Nouns for $1M $nouns.

If you want to do more complex things, you can do them on top of $nouns. No?
