Is this a .xyz domain? Those can often have email deliverability issues since they're viewed more skeptical by email providers. (.xyz domains were available for $1 registration for many years, which has caused issues with spam). You need to spend more time warming it up or migrate to a .io domain DMARC/DKIM/SPF etc I'd be happy to take a look at
