Bodyweight training is way too underrated Let me tell you: My absolute biggest strength gains for compound moves were made when i was doing only bodyweight calisthenics for 3-4 months in my local fitness park. Only equipment was gymnastic rings. GymLifts went from: Bench 80kg -> 115kg Squat 100kg -> 160kg

Covid lockdowns definitely taught me I could do an incredible amount of versatile exercises at home with just bodyweight and maybe a few bands.
