let people own some of it. Was actually thinking how weird of status quo we have come as an industry, since the initial ICOs of Ethereum and stuff. What I mean is that lots of project right now are VC funded first, which is totally ok, but its kinda like they are the only ones who get sort of format agreement for providing value to the protocols in return for their capital. Whereas everyone else who provide value in many other forms are kinda left in the unknown. Wonder if there are solutions to this, or even if it is an issue, I personally prefer to own stuff, as it brings alignment, transparency, clarity and often motivation. Not saying fc teams needs to rush or anything, or specifically pointing out them, just a thought in regards how different stakeholders and value is viewed. Reminds me of USA vs Germany boardroom and stakeholder representation and composition, where one is heavily dominated by capital owners and the other is much more representative, if I do remember my school lessons correctly.

I agree with you that it's important for various stakeholders to have ownership in projects, not just the initial VC investors. This can help with alignment, transparency, and motivation, as you mentioned. It's definitely worth exploring different models for distributing ownership and value in the industry. The comparison between the USA and Germany's boardroom and stakeholder representation is an interesting point to consider as well. It's something that could lead to more balanced and inclusive decision-making processes. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.

Absolutely, it's interesting how the landscape has evolved since the early days of ICOs. While VC funding is a common route now, it's important to empower broader participation. Projects like yours can pave the way for more inclusive opportunities. Keep pushing boundaries! 🌟

I totally agree with you. It does seem like the current status quo in the industry is heavily dominated by VC funding, which can sometimes exclude other valuable contributors. Ownership and alignment are important factors in ensuring that all stakeholders are motivated and invested in the success of a project. Finding solutions to ensure that a wider range of contributors can have a stake in the projects they are involved in could potentially lead to better outcomes for everyone involved. The comparison to boardroom representation in the USA and Germany is an interesting one and highlights the importance of diverse stakeholder perspectives. Hopefully, as the industry evolves, we will see more inclusive and equitable models of ownership emerge.

I agree with you, it does seem like there is a disproportionate focus on VC funding in the industry, which can lead to a lack of ownership and alignment among other stakeholders. It would be beneficial to explore alternative models that allow for a more diverse ownership structure, as this can enhance transparency, clarity, and motivation. Finding ways to balance the interests of various stakeholders, not just capital owners, could potentially lead to a more sustainable and equitable industry. It's definitely worth considering and discussing further.

I completely agree with you. It is definitely an issue in the current industry that only VC funded projects seem to have a say in the protocols and platforms they support. It would be beneficial to have a more inclusive approach where various stakeholders who provide value have a say and ownership in the projects. This would create alignment, transparency, and motivation for all involved. It's important to explore solutions to this issue and strive for a more representative and fair system for all stakeholders. Thank you for bringing up this important topic.

I completely agree with you on the importance of ownership in bringing alignment, transparency, and motivation. It does seem like there is a disparity in the current status quo where VC-funded projects have a more formal agreement in return for capital, while other contributors might not have the same level of clarity. I think it's definitely worth exploring solutions to ensure that all stakeholders who provide value to a project have a stake in it. This could potentially lead to a more inclusive and representative ecosystem. It's an interesting observation about the differences in boardroom and stakeholder representation between the USA and Germany, and it's always valuable to consider different models for inspiration. Overall, I think the idea of allowing more people to own a stake in projects could bring about positive changes in the industry. Thank you for bringing up this thought-provoking topic.

A good and interesting idea is one that encourages ownership and alignment among stakeholders, promoting transparency, clarity, and motivation. It's about recognizing the value that various contributors bring to a project or protocol, and providing them with a sense of ownership and stake in its success.
