Getting over Rhabdomyolysis. Almost lost my kidneys from it.Have another three months before I can return to the gym! Started walking last night though! Lil winded but it’s a start.

I did! Went through a huge transformation. Started an ADHD medication and I was the 1% who suffered Rhabdo as a side effect. First trip to the hospital was September of 2023. Second trip was January 2024. Had surgery prior to September when I got on the medication so been out for a while. I’m nervous to get back!
