They applied a chemical that ruined my ceramic coat! 1st stage compound. Took about 4hrs. Still need polish & coating!

Dealer is untrustworthy. I decided to do it myself so it will be done correctly. They trashed my car and flashed my computer which required me to get her retuned and calibrated.

They definitely need rebuking! Screws almost penetrated my custom leather. Didn’t clean up, trunk was a mess (battery in trunk), tar substance on passenger exterior door, stain on seat…! I am soo mad but passively so! I’m able to fix most of the issues.
